Fill the first minute
Write short keywords for fields 1–8. These details preserve the cue, dream, awareness, and result. Add full sentences after the first capture.
Example
First capture:
05:20, gentle cue level 2, hotel hallway, red elevator, old classmate, rushed, phone changed shape, recognized the dream briefly
Review:
Keep the same cue time. Use “changing phone” as tomorrow’s reality-check prompt.
Compare several nights
Place entries beside each other and compare cue time, strength, dream signs, awareness, and result. Change one Kyrifix setting for the next night and leave the other Kyrifix settings unchanged.
